Bonnie Corral is a composer for screen and stage. Working in these two worlds gives her a sensitivity to scene, setting, and character. Bonnie has scored several short films, as well as the full-length film Sidewinder by Clay Lacey Films. She was nominated for Best Score at the Los Angeles 48-Hour Film Festival. She is an auditing alumna of the Joy Music House Score Production Workshop. Bonnie composes for playwrights and her own musicals. Her first musical, Ghosts in Chelyabinsk, won Creative Arts Theater's Original Playwright Contest. Her second musical HUMAN: A New Ancient Musical, co-written with Krystin Lacey, has been performed in concert, table read and cabaret in NYC, London, LA, and Colorado. Bonnie's songwriting for HUMAN earned a Top 10 Finalist award for New Musical Project 2026.
Bonnie resides with her husband and son in Southern California.
